Psalms 9:14

Then I will ¹  tell about all your praiseworthy acts; ²  in the gates of Daughter Zion ³  I will rejoice because of your deliverance.” ⁴ 

that I may declare your praises in the gates of the Daughter of Zion and there rejoice in your salvation.

That I may tell of all Your praises, That in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may rejoice in Your salvation.

Save me, so I can praise you publicly at Jerusalem’s gates, so I can rejoice that you have rescued me.

I'll write the book on Hallelujahs; on the corner of Main and First I'll hold a street meeting; I'll be the song leader; we'll fill the air with salvation songs.

So that I may make clear all your praise in the house of the daughter of Zion: I will be glad because of your salvation.

so that I may recount all your praises, and, in the gates of daughter Zion, rejoice in your deliverance.

That I may tell of all Your praise In the gates of the daughter of Zion. I will rejoice in Your salvation.

Then I will ¹  tell about all your praiseworthy acts; ²  in the gates of Daughter Zion ³  I will rejoice because of your deliverance.” ⁴

² tn Heb “all your praise.” “Praise” stands by metonymy for the mighty acts that prompt it.

³ sn Daughter Zion is an idiomatic title for Jerusalem. It appears frequently in the prophets, but only here in the psalms.
