Psalms 62:1

For the music director, Jeduthun; a psalm of David. For God alone I patiently wait; ²  he is the one who delivers me. ³ 

For the director of music. For Jeduthun. A psalm of David. My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from him.

<<For the choir director; according to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.>> My soul waits in silence for God only; From Him is my salvation.

<<For Jeduthun, the choir director: A psalm of David.>> I wait quietly before God, for my salvation comes from him.

God, the one and only--I'll wait as long as he says. Everything I need comes from him, so why not?

<To the chief music-maker. After Jeduthun. A Psalm. Of David.> My soul, put all your faith in God; for from him comes my salvation.

For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.

<<To the Chief Musician. To Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.>> Truly my soul silently waits for God; From Him comes my salvation.

For the music director, Jeduthun; a psalm of David. For God alone I patiently wait; ²  he is the one who delivers me. ³
