Proverbs 27:27

And there will be enough goat’s milk for your food, ¹  for the food of your household, and for the sustenance ²  of your servant girls.

You will have plenty of goats’ milk to feed you and your family and to nourish your servant girls.

And there will be goats’ milk enough for your food, For the food of your household, And sustenance for your maidens.

And you will have enough goats’ milk for you, your family, and your servants.

There will be plenty of milk and meat to last your family through the winter.

There will be goats’ milk enough for your food, and for the support of your servant-girls.

¹ sn This part of the proverb shows the proper interplay between human labor and divine provision. It teaches people to take care of what they have because it will not last forever.
