Jeremiah 18:2

“Go down at once ¹  to the potter’s house. I will speak to you further there.” ² 

"Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message."

"Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will announce My words to you."

"Go down to the shop where clay pots and jars are made. I will speak to you while you are there."

Up! go down to the potter’s house, and there I will let my words come to your ears.

“Go down at once ¹  to the potter’s house. I will speak to you further there.” ² 

¹ tn Heb “Get up and go down.” The first verb is not literal but is idiomatic for the initiation of an action. See 13:4, 6 for other occurrences of this idiom.
