Isaiah 13:3

I have given orders to my chosen soldiers; ¹  I have summoned the warriors through whom I will vent my anger, ²  my boasting, arrogant ones. ³ 

I have commanded my holy ones; I have summoned my warriors to carry out my wrath—those who rejoice in my triumph.

I have commanded My consecrated ones, I have even called My mighty warriors, My proudly exulting ones, To execute My anger.

I, the LORD, have assigned this task to these armies, and they will rejoice when I am exalted. I have called them to satisfy my anger."

I've taken charge of my special forces, called up my crack troops. They're bursting with pride and passion to carry out my angry judgment."

I have given orders to my holy ones, I have sent out my men of war, those of mine who take pride in their power, to give effect to my wrath.

I myself have commanded my consecrated ones, have summoned my warriors, my proudly exulting ones, to execute my anger.

I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger––Those who rejoice in My exaltation."
