James 4:13

Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into this or that town ¹  and spend a year there and do business and make a profit.”

Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money."

Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, and spend a year there and engage in business and make a profit."

Look here, you people who say, "Today or tomorrow we are going to a certain town and will stay there a year. We will do business there and make a profit."

And now I have a word for you who brashly announce, "Today--at the latest, tomorrow--we're off to such and such a city for the year. We're going to start a business and make a lot of money."

How foolish it is to say, Today or tomorrow we will go into this town, and be there for a year and do business there and get wealth:

Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a town and spend a year there, doing business and making money."

Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit";

Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into this or that town ¹  and spend a year there and do business and make a profit.”
