Genesis 20:1

Abraham journeyed from there to the Negev ¹  region and settled between Kadesh and Shur. While he lived as a temporary resident ²  in Gerar,

Now Abraham moved on from there into the region of the Negev and lived between Kadesh and Shur. For a while he stayed in Gerar,

Now Abraham journeyed from there toward the land of the Negev, and settled between Kadesh and Shur; then he sojourned in Gerar.

Now Abraham moved south to the Negev and settled for a while between Kadesh and Shur at a place called Gerar.

Abraham traveled from there south to the Negev and settled down between Kadesh and Shur. While he was camping in Gerar,

And Abraham went on his way from there to the land of the South, and was living between Kadesh and Shur, in Gerar.

From there Abraham journeyed toward the region of the Negeb, and settled between Kadesh and Shur. While residing in Gerar as an alien,

And Abraham journeyed from there to the South, and dwelt between Kadesh and Shur, and stayed in Gerar.

Abraham journeyed from there to the Negev ¹  region and settled between Kadesh and Shur. While he lived as a temporary resident ²  in Gerar,

¹ tn Or “the South [country]”; Heb “the land of the Negev.”

sn Negev is the name for the southern desert region in the land of Canaan.

² tn Heb “and he sojourned.”
