So David and all the people who were with him got up and crossed the Jordan River. ¹  By dawn there was not one person left who had not crossed the Jordan.

Then David and all the people who were with him arose and crossed the Jordan; and by dawn not even one remained who had not crossed the Jordan.

So David and all the people with him went across the Jordan River during the night, and they were all on the other bank before dawn.

David and his whole army were soon up and moving and crossed the Jordan. As morning broke there was not a single person who had not made it across the Jordan.

So David and all the people who were with him went up over Jordan: when dawn came, every one of them had gone over Jordan.
