Raiding bands went out from the camp of the Philistines in three groups. One band turned toward the road leading to Ophrah by the land of Shual;

Raiding parties went out from the Philistine camp in three detachments. One turned towards Ophrah in the vicinity of Shual,

And the raiders came from the camp of the Philistines in three companies: one company turned toward Ophrah, to the land of Shual,

Three raiding parties soon left the camp of the Philistines. One went north toward Ophrah in the land of Shual,

Three squads of raiding parties were regularly sent out from the Philistine camp. One squadron was assigned to the Ophrah road going toward Shual country;

And three bands of men came out from the Philistines to make an attack; one band went by the road which goes to Ophrah, into the land of Shual:
