Revelation 7:13

Then ¹  one of the elders asked ²  me, “These dressed in long white robes – who are they and where have they come from?”

Then one of the elders asked me, "These in white robes— who are they, and where did they come from?"

Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?"

Then one of the twenty–four elders asked me, "Who are these who are clothed in white? Where do they come from?"

Just then one of the Elders addressed me: "Who are these dressed in white robes, and where did they come from?"

And one of the rulers made answer, saying to me, These who have on white robes, who are they, and where did they come from?

Then one of the elders addressed me, saying, "Who are these, robed in white, and where have they come from?"

Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"

Then ¹  one of the elders asked ²  me, “These dressed in long white robes – who are they and where have they come from?”

¹ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the vision.

² tn Grk “spoke” or “declared to,” but in the context “asked” reads more naturally in English.
