Psalms 65:4

How blessed ¹  is the one whom you choose, and allow to live in your palace courts. ²  May we be satisfied with the good things of your house – your holy palace. ³ 

Blessed are those you choose and bring near to live in your courts! We are filled with the good things of your house, of your holy temple.

How blessed is the one whom You choose and bring near to You To dwell in Your courts. We will be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Your holy temple.

What joy for those you choose to bring near, those who live in your holy courts. What joys await us inside your holy Temple.

Blessed are the chosen! Blessed the guest at home in your place! We expect our fill of good things in your house, your heavenly manse.

Happy is the man of your selection, to whom you give a resting-place in your house; we will be full of the good things out of your holy place.

Happy are those whom you choose and bring near to live in your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of your house, your holy temple.

Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.

¹ tn The Hebrew noun is an abstract plural. The word often refers metonymically to the happiness that God-given security and prosperity produce (see Pss 1:1; 2:12; 34:9; 41:1; 84:12; 89:15; 106:3; 112:1; 127:5; 128:1; 144:15).
