Psalms 25:11

For the sake of your reputation, ¹  O Lord, forgive my sin, because it is great. ² 

For the sake of your name, O LORD, forgive my iniquity, though it is great.

For Your name’s sake, O LORD, Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.

For the honor of your name, O LORD, forgive my many, many sins.

Keep up your reputation, GOD; Forgive my bad life; It's been a very bad life.

Because of your name, O Lord, let me have forgiveness for my sin, which is very great.

For your name’s sake, O LORD, pardon my guilt, for it is great.

For Your name’s sake, O LORD, Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.

For the sake of your reputation, ¹  O Lord, forgive my sin, because it is great. ² 

¹ tn Heb “name.” By forgiving the sinful psalmist, the Lord’s reputation as a merciful God will be enhanced.

² sn Forgive my sin, because it is great. The psalmist readily admits his desperate need for forgiveness.
