Romans 7:20

Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer me doing it but sin that lives in me.

Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.

But if I am doing what I don’t want to do, I am not really the one doing it; the sin within me is doing it.

My decisions, such as they are, don't result in actions. Something has gone wrong deep within me and gets the better of me every time.

But if I do what I have no mind to do, it is no longer I who do it, but the sin living in me.
