Leviticus 25:27

he is to calculate the value of the years it was sold, ¹  refund the balance ²  to the man to whom he had sold it, and return to his property.

he is to determine the value for the years since he sold it and refund the balance to the man to whom he sold it; he can then go back to his own property.

then that person has the right to redeem it from the one who bought it. The price of the land will be based on the number of years until the next Year of Jubilee. After buying it back, the original owner may then return to the land.
