Daniel 12:5

I, Daniel, watched as two others stood there, one on each side of the river. ¹ 

Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank.

Then I, Daniel, looked and behold, two others were standing, one on this bank of the river and the other on that bank of the river.

Then I, Daniel, looked and saw two others standing on opposite banks of the river.

"As I, Daniel, took all this in, two figures appeared, one standing on this bank of the river and one on the other bank.

Then I, Daniel, looking, saw two others, one at the edge of the river on this side and one at the edge of the river on that side.

Then I, Daniel, looked, and two others appeared, one standing on this bank of the stream and one on the other.

Then I, Daniel, looked; and there stood two others, one on this riverbank and the other on that riverbank.

I, Daniel, watched as two others stood there, one on each side of the river. ¹ 

¹ tn Heb “one to this edge of the river and one to that edge of the river.”
