2 Corinthians 12:13

For how ¹  were you treated worse than the other churches, except that I myself was not a burden to you? Forgive me this injustice!

How were you inferior to the other churches, except that I was never a burden to you? Forgive me this wrong!

For in what respect were you treated as inferior to the rest of the churches, except that I myself did not become a burden to you? Forgive me this wrong!

The only thing I didn’t do, which I do in the other churches, was to become a burden to you. Please forgive me for this wrong!

Did you get less of me or of God than any of the other churches? The only thing you got less of was less responsibility for my upkeep. Well, I'm sorry. Forgive me for depriving you.

For what is there in which you were made less than the other churches, but in the one thing that I was not a trouble to you? Let me have forgiveness for this wrong.
