1 Kings 2:16

Now I’d like to ask you for just one thing. Please don’t refuse me.” ¹  She said, “Go ahead and ask.” ² 

Now I have one request to make of you. Do not refuse me." "You may make it," she said.

"Now I am making one request of you; do not refuse me." And she said to him, "Speak."

So now I have just one favor to ask of you. Please don’t turn me down." "What is it?" she asked.

So now I have one request to ask of you; please don't refuse me." "Go ahead, ask," she said.

Now I have one request to make to you, and do not say, No, to me. And she said to him, Say on.

And now I have one request to make of you; do not refuse me." She said to him, "Go on."

"Now I ask one petition of you; do not deny me." And she said to him, "Say it."
