Psalms 119:83

For ¹  I am like a wineskin ²  dried up in smoke. ³  I do not forget your statutes.

Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget your decrees.

Though I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget Your statutes.

I am shriveled like a wineskin in the smoke, exhausted with waiting. But I cling to your principles and obey them.

There's smoke in my eyes--they burn and water, but I keep a steady gaze on the instructions you post.

For I have become like a wine-skin black with smoke; but I still keep the memory of your rules.

For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, yet I have not forgotten your statutes.
