Psalms 102:19

For he will look down from his sanctuary above; ¹  from heaven the Lord will look toward earth, ² 

"The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth,

For He looked down from His holy height; From heaven the LORD gazed upon the earth,

Tell them the LORD looked down from his heavenly sanctuary. He looked to the earth from heaven

"GOD looked out from his high holy place; from heaven he surveyed the earth.

For from his holy place the Lord has seen, looking down on the earth from heaven;

that he looked down from his holy height, from heaven the LORD looked at the earth,

For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary; From heaven the LORD viewed the earth,

For he will look down from his sanctuary above; ¹  from heaven the Lord will look toward earth, ² 

¹ tn Heb “from the height of his sanctuary.”

² tn The perfect verbal forms in v. 19 are functioning as future perfects, indicating future actions that will precede the future developments described in v. 18.
