Jeremiah 18:12

But they just keep saying, ‘We do not care what you say! ¹  We will do whatever we want to do! We will continue to behave wickedly and stubbornly!’” ² 

But they will reply, ‘It’s no use. We will continue with our own plans; each of us will follow the stubbornness of his evil heart.’"

"But they will say, ‘It’s hopeless! For we are going to follow our own plans, and each of us will act according to the stubbornness of his evil heart.’

But they replied, "Don’t waste your breath. We will continue to live as we want to, following our own evil desires."

"But they'll just say, 'Why should we? What's the point? We'll live just the way we've always lived, doom or no doom.'"

But they will say, There is no hope: we will go on in our designs, and every one of us will do what he is moved by the pride of his evil heart to do.

But they say, "It is no use! We will follow our own plans, and each of us will act according to the stubbornness of our evil will."

And they said, "That is hopeless! So we will walk according to our own plans, and we will every one obey the dictates of his evil heart."

But they just keep saying, ‘We do not care what you say! ¹  We will do whatever we want to do! We will continue to behave wickedly and stubbornly!’” ²
