Zechariah 7:13

“‘It then came about that just as I ¹  cried out, but they would not obey, so they will cry out, but I will not listen,’ the Lord Lord who rules over all had said.

"‘When I called, they did not listen; so when they called, I would not listen,’ says the LORD Almighty.

"And just as He called and they would not listen, so they called and I would not listen," says the LORD of hosts;

"Since they refused to listen when I called to them, I would not listen when they called to me, says the LORD Almighty.

because he told them everything plainly and they wouldn't listen to a word he said. "So [[this is what GOD-of-the-Angel-Armies said]] if they won't listen to me, I won't listen to them.

And it came about that as they would not give ear to his voice, so I would not give ear to their voice, says the Lord of armies:

Just as, when I called, they would not hear, so, when they called, I would not hear, says the LORD of hosts,

"Therefore it happened, that just as He proclaimed and they would not hear, so they called out and I would not listen," says the LORD of hosts.

¹ tn Heb “he.” Since the third person pronoun refers to the Lord, it has been translated as a first person pronoun (“I”) to accommodate English style, which typically does not exhibit switches between persons of pronouns in the same immediate context as Hebrew does.
