Psalms 66:10

For ¹  you, O God, tested us; you purified us like refined silver.

For you, O God, tested us; you refined us like silver.

For You have tried us, O God; You have refined us as silver is refined.

You have tested us, O God; you have purified us like silver melted in a crucible.

He trained us first, passed us like silver through refining fires,

For you, O God, have put us to the test: testing us by fire like silver.

For you, O God, have tested us; you have tried us as silver is tried.

For You, O God, have tested us; You have refined us as silver is refined.

For ¹  you, O God, tested us; you purified us like refined silver.
