Matthew 25:12

But he replied, ¹  ‘I tell you the truth, ²  I do not know you!’

"But he replied, ‘I tell you the truth, I don’t know you.’

"But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’

But he called back, ‘I don’t know you!’

"He answered, 'Do I know you? I don't think I know you.'

But he made answer and said, Truly I say to you, I have no knowledge of you.

But he replied, ‘Truly I tell you, I do not know you.’

"But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’

But he replied, ¹  ‘I tell you the truth, ²  I do not know you!’

¹ tn Grk “But answering, he said.” This is somewhat redundant and has been simplified in the translation.
