John 7:25

Then some of the residents of Jerusalem ¹  began to say, “Isn’t this the man ²  they are trying ³  to kill?

At that point some of the people of Jerusalem began to ask, "Isn’t this the man they are trying to kill?

So some of the people of Jerusalem were saying, "Is this not the man whom they are seeking to kill?

Some of the people who lived there in Jerusalem said among themselves, "Isn’t this the man they are trying to kill?

That's when some of the people of Jerusalem said, "Isn't this the one they were out to kill?

Then some of the people of Jerusalem said, Is not this the man whose death is desired?

Now some of the people of Jerusalem were saying, "Is not this the man whom they are trying to kill?

Now some of them from Jerusalem said, "Is this not He whom they seek to kill?

Then some of the residents of Jerusalem ¹  began to say, “Isn’t this the man ²  they are trying ³  to kill?
