Isaiah 42:2

He will not cry out or shout; he will not publicize himself in the streets. ¹ 

He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets.

"He will not cry out or raise His voice, Nor make His voice heard in the street.

He will be gentle––he will not shout or raise his voice in public.

He won't call attention to what he does with loud speeches or gaudy parades.

He will make no cry, his voice will not be loud: his words will not come to men’s ears in the streets.

He will not cry or lift up his voice, or make it heard in the street;

He will not cry out, nor raise His voice , Nor cause His voice to be heard in the street.

He will not cry out or shout; he will not publicize himself in the streets. ¹
