Ezekiel 36:18

So I poured my anger on them ¹  because of the blood they shed on the land and because of the idols with which they defiled it. ² 

So I poured out my wrath on them because they had shed blood in the land and because they had defiled it with their idols.

"Therefore I poured out My wrath on them for the blood which they had shed on the land, because they had defiled it with their idols.

They polluted the land with murder and by worshiping idols, so I poured out my fury on them.

And so I got thoroughly angry with them polluting the country with their wanton murders and dirty gods.

So I let loose my wrath on them because of those whom they had violently put to death in the land, and because they had made it unclean with their images:

So I poured out my wrath upon them for the blood that they had shed upon the land, and for the idols with which they had defiled it.

"Therefore I poured out My fury on them for the blood they had shed on the land, and for their idols with which they had defiled it.
