Deuteronomy 2:32

When Sihon and all his troops ¹  emerged to encounter us in battle at Jahaz, ² 

When Sihon and all his army came out to meet us in battle at Jahaz,

"Then Sihon with all his people came out to meet us in battle at Jahaz.

Then King Sihon declared war on us and mobilized his forces at Jahaz.

So Sihon and his entire army confronted us in battle at Jahaz.

Then Sihon came out against us with all his people, to make an attack on us at Jahaz.

So when Sihon came out against us, he and all his people for battle at Jahaz,

"Then Sihon and all his people came out against us to fight at Jahaz.

When Sihon and all his troops ¹  emerged to encounter us in battle at Jahaz, ²
