2 Kings 20:4

Isaiah was still in the middle courtyard when the Lord told him, ¹ 

Before Isaiah had left the middle court, the word of the LORD came to him:

Before Isaiah had gone out of the middle court, the word of the LORD came to him, saying,

But before Isaiah had left the middle courtyard, this message came to him from the LORD:

Isaiah, leaving, was not halfway across the courtyard when the word of GOD stopped him:

Now before Isaiah had gone out of the middle of the town, the word of the Lord came to him, saying,

Before Isaiah had gone out of the middle court, the word of the LORD came to him:

And it happened, before Isaiah had gone out into the middle court, that the word of the LORD came to him, saying,

Isaiah was still in the middle courtyard when the Lord told him, ¹ 

¹ tc Heb “and Isaiah had not gone out of the middle courtyard, and the word of the Lord came to him, saying.” Instead of “courtyard” (חָצֵר, khatser), the marginal reading, (Qere), the Hebrew consonantal text (Kethib) has הָעִיר (ha’ir), “the city.”
