2 Timothy 1:18

May the Lord grant him to find mercy from the Lord on that day! ¹  And you know very well all the ways he served me in Ephesus. ² 

May the Lord grant that he will find mercy from the Lord on that day! You know very well in how many ways he helped me in Ephesus.

the Lord grant to him to find mercy from the Lord on that day—and you know very well what services he rendered at Ephesus.

May the Lord show him special kindness on the day of Christ’s return. And you know how much he helped me at Ephesus.

May God on the Last Day treat him as well as he treated me. And then there was all the help he provided in Ephesus--but you know that better than I.

(May he have the Lord’s mercy in that day); and of all he did for me at Ephesus you have full knowledge.

¹ sn That day is a reference to the day when Onesiphorus (v. 16) stands before Christ to give account for his service (cf. v. 12; 1 Cor 3:13; 2 Cor 5:9-10).
