1 Samuel 25:33

Praised be your good judgment! May you yourself be rewarded ¹  for having prevented me this day from shedding blood and taking matters into my own hands!

May you be blessed for your good judgment and for keeping me from bloodshed this day and from avenging myself with my own hands.

and blessed be your discernment, and blessed be you, who have kept me this day from bloodshed and from avenging myself by my own hand.

Thank God for your good sense! Bless you for keeping me from murdering the man and carrying out vengeance with my own hands.

And blessed be your good sense! Bless you for keeping me from murder and taking charge of looking out for me.

A blessing on your good sense and on you, who have kept me today from the crime of blood and from taking into my hands the punishment for my wrongs.
