1 Samuel 19:15

Then Saul sent the messengers back to see David, saying, “Bring him up to me on his bed so I can kill him.”

Then Saul sent the men back to see David and told them, "Bring him up to me in his bed so that I may kill him."

Then Saul sent messengers to see David, saying, "Bring him up to me on his bed, that I may put him to death."

"Then bring him to me in his bed," Saul ordered, "so I can kill him as he lies there!" And he sent them back to David’s house.

Saul sent his men back, ordering them, "Bring him, bed and all, so I can kill him."

And Saul sent his men to see David, saying, Do not come back without him, take him in his bed, so that I may put him to death.

Then Saul sent the messengers to see David for themselves. He said, "Bring him up to me in the bed, that I may kill him."
