Titus 1:2

in hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the ages began. ¹ 

a faith and knowledge resting on the hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the beginning of time,

in the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised long ages ago,

This truth gives them the confidence of eternal life, which God promised them before the world began––and he cannot lie.

My aim is to raise hopes by pointing the way to life without end. This is the life God promised long ago--and he doesn't break promises!

In the hope of eternal life, which was made certain before eternal time, by the word of God who is ever true;

in the hope of eternal life that God, who never lies, promised before the ages began—

in hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began,

in hope of eternal life, which God, who does not lie, promised before the ages began. ¹
