Psalms 92:2

It is fitting ¹  to proclaim your loyal love in the morning, and your faithfulness during the night,

to proclaim your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night,

To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning And Your faithfulness by night,

It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning, your faithfulness in the evening,

To announce your love each daybreak, sing your faithful presence all through the night,

To make clear your mercy in the morning, and your unchanging faith every night;

to declare your steadfast love in the morning, and your faithfulness by night,

To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness every night,

It is fitting ¹  to proclaim your loyal love in the morning, and your faithfulness during the night,

¹ tn The words “it is fitting” are supplied in the translation for stylistic reasons. Verses 1-3 are actually one long sentence in the Hebrew text, but this has been divided up into two shorter sentences in the translation in keeping with contemporary English style.
