Psalms 102:3

For my days go up in smoke, ¹  and my bones are charred like a fireplace. ² 

For my days vanish like smoke; my bones burn like glowing embers.

For my days have been consumed in smoke, And my bones have been scorched like a hearth.

for my days disappear like smoke, and my bones burn like red–hot coals.

I'm wasting away to nothing, I'm burning up with fever.

My days are wasted like smoke, and my bones are burned up as in a fire.

For my days pass away like smoke, and my bones burn like a furnace.

For my days are consumed like smoke, And my bones are burned like a hearth.

² tn The Hebrew noun מוֹ־קֵד (mo-qed, “fireplace”) occurs only here, in Isa 33:14 (where it refers to the fire itself), and perhaps in Lev 6:2.
