Philippians 3:7

But these assets I have come to regard as liabilities because of Christ.

But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ.

But whatever things were gain to me, those things I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ.

I once thought all these things were so very important, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done.

The very credentials these people are waving around as something special, I'm tearing up and throwing out with the trash--along with everything else I used to take credit for. And why? Because of Christ.

But those things which were profit to me, I gave up for Christ.

Yet whatever gains I had, these I have come to regard as loss because of Christ.
