Luke 22:50

Then ¹  one of them ²  struck the high priest’s slave, ³  cutting off his right ear.

And one of them struck the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right ear.

And one of them struck the slave of the high priest and cut off his right ear.

And one of them slashed at the high priest’s servant and cut off his right ear.

One of them took a swing at the Chief Priest's servant and cut off his right ear.

And one of them gave a blow to the servant of the high priest, cutting off his right ear.

Then one of them struck the slave of the high priest and cut off his right ear.

Then ¹  one of them ²  struck the high priest’s slave, ³  cutting off his right ear.

¹ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the narrative.
