Acts 5:2

He ¹  kept back for himself part of the proceeds with his wife’s knowledge; he brought ²  only part of it and placed it at the apostles’ feet.

With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet.

and kept back some of the price for himself, with his wife’s full knowledge, and bringing a portion of it, he laid it at the apostles’ feet.

He brought part of the money to the apostles, but he claimed it was the full amount. His wife had agreed to this deception.

secretly kept part of the price for himself, and then brought the rest to the apostles and made an offering of it.

And kept back part of the price, his wife having knowledge of it, and took the rest and put it at the feet of the Apostles.

with his wife’s knowledge, he kept back some of the proceeds, and brought only a part and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
