Luke 13:13

Then ¹  he placed his hands on her, and immediately ²  she straightened up and praised God.

Then he put his hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and praised God.

And He laid His hands on her; and immediately she was made erect again and began glorifying God.

Then he touched her, and instantly she could stand straight. How she praised and thanked God!

He laid hands on her and suddenly she was standing straight and tall, giving glory to God.

When he laid his hands on her, immediately she stood up straight and began praising God.

And He laid His hands on her, and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

Then ¹  he placed his hands on her, and immediately ²  she straightened up and praised God.

¹ tn Here καί (kai) has been translated as “then” to indicate the implied sequence of events within the narrative.

² sn The healing took place immediately.
