Leviticus 19:15

“‘You ¹  must not deal unjustly in judgment: ²  you must neither show partiality to the poor nor honor the rich. ³  You must judge your fellow citizen fairly. ⁴ 

"‘Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favouritism to the great, but judge your neighbour fairly.

‘You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor nor defer to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly.

"Always judge your neighbors fairly, neither favoring the poor nor showing deference to the rich.

"Don't pervert justice. Don't show favoritism to either the poor or the great. Judge on the basis of what is right.

Do no wrong in your judging: do not give thought to the position of the poor, or honour to the position of the great; but be a judge to your neighbour in righteousness.

You shall not render an unjust judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great: with justice you shall judge your neighbor.

¹ tc Smr has the singular rather than the plural “you” of the MT, which brings this verb form into line with the ones surrounding it.
