Isaiah 40:30

Even youths get tired and weary; even strong young men clumsily stumble. ¹ 

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;

Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly,

Even youths will become exhausted, and young men will give up.

For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall.

Even the young men will become feeble and tired, and the best of them will come to the end of his strength;

Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted;

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall,

Even youths get tired and weary; even strong young men clumsily stumble. ¹ 

¹ tn Heb “stumbling they stumble.” The verbal idea is emphasized by the infinitive absolute.
