Genesis 19:25

So he overthrew those cities and all that region, ¹  including all the inhabitants of the cities and the vegetation that grew ²  from the ground.

Thus he overthrew those cities and the entire plain, including all those living in the cities—and also the vegetation in the land.

He utterly destroyed them, along with the other cities and villages of the plain, eliminating all life––people, plants, and animals alike.
