Ezekiel 4:10

The food you eat will be eight ounces ¹  a day by weight; you must eat it at fixed ²  times.

Weigh out twenty shekels of food to eat each day and eat it at set times.

"Your food which you eat shall be twenty shekels a day by weight; you shall eat it from time to time.

Ration this out to yourself, eight ounces of food for each day, and eat it at set times.

Measure out about half a pound for each day and eat it on schedule.

And you are to take your food by weight, twenty shekels a day: you are to take it at regular times.

¹ sn Eight ounces (Heb “twenty shekels”). The standards for weighing money varied considerably in the ancient Near East, but the generally accepted weight for the shekel is 11.5 grams (0.4 ounce). This makes the weight of grain about 230 grams here (8 ounces).
