1 Kings 14:22

Judah did evil in the sight of ¹  the Lord. They made him more jealous by their sins than their ancestors had done. ² 

Judah did evil in the eyes of the LORD. By the sins they committed they stirred up his jealous anger more than their fathers had done.

Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked Him to jealousy more than all that their fathers had done, with the sins which they committed.

During Rehoboam’s reign, the people of Judah did what was evil in the LORD’s sight, arousing his anger with their sin, for it was even worse than that of their ancestors.

Judah was openly wicked before GOD, making him very angry. They set new records in sin, surpassing anything their ancestors had done.

And Judah did evil in the eyes of the Lord, and made him more angry than their fathers had done by their sins.

Judah did what was evil in the sight of the LORD; they provoked him to jealousy with their sins that they committed, more than all that their ancestors had done.
