Then I will give you thanks in the great assembly; ¹  I will praise you before a large crowd of people! ² 

We would share personal thoughts with each other; ¹  in God’s temple we would walk together among the crowd.

Jesus ¹  went with him, and a large crowd followed and pressed around him.

I will remember and weep! ¹  For I was once walking along with the great throng to the temple of God, shouting and giving thanks along with the crowd as we celebrated the holy festival. ² 

I will thank the Lord profusely, ¹  in the middle of a crowd ²  I will praise him,

There is little Benjamin, their ruler, ¹  and the princes of Judah in their robes, ²  along with the princes of Zebulun and the princes of Naphtali.

for she has brought down ¹  many fatally wounded, and all those she has slain are many. ² 

Then I will reply, ¹  ‘I will bring them back from the land of the north. I will gather them in from the distant parts of the earth. Blind and lame people will come with them, so will pregnant women and women about to give birth. A vast throng of people will come back here.

Hide me from the plots of evil men, from the crowd of evildoers. ¹ 

After he came down from the mountain, large crowds followed him.

Large crowds followed him, and he healed them there.

As they were leaving Jericho, ¹  a large crowd followed them.

When the crowds heard this, they were amazed at his teaching.

Now ¹  the whole crowd ²  of people were praying outside at the hour of the incense offering. ³ 

The clods of the torrent valley ¹  are sweet to him; behind him everybody follows in procession, and before him goes a countless throng.

His disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing against you and you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

because he had an only daughter, about twelve years old, and she was dying. ¹  As Jesus was on his way, the crowds pressed ²  around him.

Then ¹  Jesus asked, ²  “Who was it who touched me?” When they all denied it, Peter ³  said, “Master, the crowds are surrounding you and pressing ⁴  against you!”

The Lord speaks; ¹  many, many women spread the good news. ² 

I considered all the living who walk on earth, ¹  as well as the successor ²  who would arise ³  in his place.
