Yet ¹  not a hair of your head will perish. ² 

When a wicked person dies, his expectation perishes, ¹  and the hope of his strength ²  perishes. ³ 

By the breath ¹  of God they perish, ²  and by the blast ³  of his anger they are consumed.

His memory perishes from the earth, he has no name in the land. ¹ 

But if they refuse to listen, they pass over the river of death, ¹  and expire without knowledge.

They will perish, but you continue. And they will all grow old like a garment,

Such is the destiny ¹  of all who forget God; the hope of the godless ²  perishes,

all flesh would perish together and human beings would return to dust.

A false witness will not go unpunished, and the one who spouts out ¹  lies will perish. ²

How the warriors have fallen! The weapons of war ¹  are destroyed!

The mighty lion ¹  perishes ²  for lack of prey, and the cubs of the lioness ³  are scattered.

Certainly ¹  the Lord guards the way of the godly, ²  but the way of the wicked ends in destruction. ³ 

When my enemies turn back, they trip and are defeated ¹  before you.

for the needy are not permanently ignored, ¹  the hopes of the oppressed are not forever dashed. ² 

The Lord rules forever! ¹  The nations are driven out of his land. ² 

They are worthless, mere objects to be mocked. ¹  When the time comes to punish them, they will be destroyed.
