a woman threw an upper millstone ¹  down on his ²  head and shattered his skull.

They ¹  came to a place called Golgotha ²  (which means “Place of the Skull”) ³ 

They brought Jesus ¹  to a place called Golgotha ²  (which is translated, “Place of the Skull”). ³ 

But when they went to bury her, they found nothing left but ¹  the skull, feet, and palms of the hands.

and carrying his own cross ¹  he went out to the place called “The Place of the Skull” ²  (called in Aramaic ³  Golgotha). ⁴ 

Her left ¹  hand reached for the tent peg, her right hand for the workmen’s hammer. She “hammered” ²  Sisera, she shattered his skull, ³  she smashed his head, ⁴  she drove the tent peg through his temple. ⁵ 

So ¹  when they came to the place that is called “The Skull,” ²  they crucified ³  him there, along with the criminals, one on his right and one on his left.
