The Lord said, “Are you really so very ¹  angry?” ² 

Gideon ¹  said to him, “If you really are pleased with me, ²  then give me ³  a sign as proof that it is really you speaking with me.

Then he asked, “Are you really my son Esau?” “I am,” Jacob ¹  replied.

The people said to Joshua, “No! We really will ¹  worship ²  the Lord!”

Do you want to really live? ¹  Would you love to live a long, happy life? ² 

They insulted God, saying, ¹  “Is God really able to give us food ²  in the wilderness?

and ¹  saying, “The Lord has really risen, and has appeared to Simon!” ² 

So if the son ¹  sets you free, you will be really free.

Now Abimelech had not gone near her. He said, “Lord, ¹  would you really slaughter an innocent nation? ² 

Jephthah made a vow to the Lord, saying, “If you really do hand the Ammonites over to me,

Do you really think ¹  that one who hates justice can govern? ²  And will you declare guilty the supremely righteous ³  One,

Who can really fathom the intensity of your anger? ¹  Your raging fury causes people to fear you. ² 

Who really knows if the human spirit ¹  ascends upward, and the animal’s spirit descends into the earth?

When they heard these words, some of the crowd ¹  began to say, “This really ²  is the Prophet!” ³ 

Or are we trying to provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we really stronger than he is? ¹ 

Now when you come together at the same place, you are not really eating the Lord’s Supper.
