the pure gold flower-shaped ornaments, lamps, and tongs,

Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps.

“Get dressed for service ¹  and keep your lamps burning; ² 

the pure ¹  lampstand, its lamps, with the lamps set in order, and all its accessories, and oil for the light;

for the gold lampstands and their gold lamps, including the weight of each lampstand and its lamps, for the silver lampstands, including the weight of each lampstand and its lamps, according to the prescribed use of each lampstand,

“You are to make its seven lamps, ¹  and then set ²  its lamps up on it, so that it will give light ³  to the area in front of it.

“Speak to Aaron and tell him, ‘When you set up ¹  the lamps, the seven lamps are to give light ²  in front of the lampstand.’”

the lampstand for ¹  the light and its accessories, its lamps, and oil for the light;

He made its seven lamps, its trimmers, and its trays of pure gold.

Then he set up the lamps before the Lord, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

On the ceremonially pure lampstand ¹  he must arrange the lamps before the Lord continually.

When ¹  the foolish ones took their lamps, they did not take extra ²  olive oil ³  with them.

But the wise ones took flasks of olive oil with their lamps.

(Now there were many lamps ¹  in the upstairs room where we were meeting.) ² 

He asked me, “What do you see?” I replied, ¹  “I see a menorah of pure gold with a receptacle at the top and seven lamps, with fourteen pipes going to the lamps.

the pure gold lampstands and their lamps which burned as specified at the entrance to the inner sanctuary,

The ¹  foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’

“You are to command the Israelites that they bring ¹  to you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, so that the lamps ²  will burn ³  regularly. ⁴ 

Aaron is to burn sweet incense ¹  on it morning by morning; when he attends ²  to the lamps he is to burn incense. ³ 

And Aaron did so; he set up the lamps to face toward the front of the lampstand, as the Lord commanded Moses.
