So Jacob was left alone. Then a man ¹  wrestled ²  with him until daybreak. ³ 

At daybreak ¹  there was great consternation ²  among the soldiers over what had become of Peter.

At daybreak ¹  the magistrates ²  sent their police officers, ³  saying, “Release those men.”

The woman arrived back at daybreak and was sprawled out on the doorstep of the house where her master ¹  was staying until it became light. ² 

Before daybreak ¹  the murderer rises up; he kills the poor and the needy; in the night he is ²  like a thief. ³ 

When they heard this, they entered the temple courts ¹  at daybreak and began teaching. ²  Now when the high priest and those who were with him arrived, they summoned the Sanhedrin ³  – that is, the whole high council ⁴  of the Israelites ⁵  – and sent to the jail to have the apostles ⁶  brought before them. ⁷
