Who forms a god and casts an idol that will prove worthless? ¹ 

But the Pharisees ¹  said, “By the ruler ²  of demons he casts out demons.” ³ 

one who casts spells, ¹  one who conjures up spirits, ²  a practitioner of the occult, ³  or a necromancer. ⁴ 

A craftsman casts ¹  an idol; a metalsmith overlays it with gold and forges silver chains for it.

So if ¹  Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?

But some of them said, “By the power of Beelzebul, ¹  the ruler ²  of demons, he casts out demons.”

The experts in the law ¹  who came down from Jerusalem ²  said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” ³  and, “By the ruler ⁴  of demons he casts out demons.”
